Healthy Bean Ltd Supports Knowetop Project: Empowering Communities and Nature in Dumbarton

Healthy Bean Ltd has recently donated to the wonderful Knowetop Project, a transformative initiative in Dumbarton, Scotland. Established by Alternatives Community-based Recovery, Knowetop revitalizes a 15.5-acre site, fostering both environmental well-being and community engagement.

At Healthy Bean Ltd, we believe in giving back to the communities where we operate and the Knowetop Project’s mission to create a space that benefits both people and nature deeply resonated with our values.

Knowetop offers a unique blend of programs. Individuals in recovery from addiction can participate in horticultural and conservation activities, promoting a sense of purpose and connection with nature. Local volunteers, community groups, and school children contribute to the project, fostering a spirit of collaboration and environmental stewardship.

Healthy Bean Ltd’s contribution will keep the young volunteers at Knowetop warm and dry through the items donated such as winter gloves, waterproof kids jackets, over trousers, and fleece jackets. This ensures that Knowetop can continue to safely and comfortably run their fantastic programme of outdoor education with local primary schools.
